Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ivory Key ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

When you create an account you are asked to agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, and Ivory Key records which versions you agreed to and when. The version is the date shown above.

2. Description of Service

Ivory Key is a hotel management platform that enables hospitality businesses to manage properties, rooms, bookings, guests, housekeeping, and payments. The Platform also provides a public booking interface for hotel guests.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Hotel Operator Responsibilities

As a hotel operator using Ivory Key, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property, room, and pricing information
• Honor confirmed bookings made through the Platform
• Handle guest data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack, or through Credipay for hotels that connect it. Ivory Key does not store credit card information. Guests' payments go to the hotel's own Paystack or Credipay account; Ivory Key does not hold them. Refund policies are set by individual hotel operators. Disputes should be directed to the hotel operator first, then to Ivory Key support if unresolved.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ivory Key provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. We are not liable for disputes between hotel operators and guests, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@ivorykey.app. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.
